Terms & Conditions – ZLOCK Merdeka & Malaysia Day Promo

1. Eligibility
   • This promotion is open to all registered ZLOCK users with an active account.
   • Users must top up a minimum of RM16 credit in a single transaction during the promotion period.
2. Promotion Details
   • Eligible users will receive an additional 31% FREE credit based on the top-up amount.
   • Bonus credits will be credited in the user’s ZLOCK account within 2 working day.
   • The FREE credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid only for use within the ZLOCK app.
3. Promotion Period
   • The promotion runs from 20 August 2025 to 17 September 2025 (both dates inclusive).
   • Top-ups made before or after this period will not be entitled to the promotional benefit.
4. Usage of Credit
   • Both top-up credit and bonus credit can be used for ZLOCK services, including storage, sending, and parcel collection.
   • ZLOCK reserves the right to set limitations on services where the bonus credit may apply.
5. General Terms
